Pretty Snappy Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
•    Placement of order will confirm acceptance of the below terms and conditions.

Prices:
•    Prices are in US Dollars.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms:
•    All orders must be paid in full with either VISA or MasterCard upon ordering.
•    No C.O.D. 
•    Net 30 days granted for re-orders only - upon approved credit and at the discretion of Pretty Snappy Designs. 
      o    Past-due balances are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month.  Returned checks are assessed at $50 service fee.

Cancellations:
•    Not accepted.  All products are made to order.

Returns:
•    We regret that mistakes happen occasionally, but we will guarantee your satisfaction if they do.
•    Please let us know of any incorrectly shipped or defective items within 5 days of receipt.  No return of merchandise will be accepted and no credits issued without Pretty Snappy Designs previous consent.  
•    A 20% restocking fee, plus delivery costs, will be charged after 5 days, returns are at the discretion of management.

Delivery:
•    All orders are shipped via ground service.  A delivery time frame will be given upon ordering.
•    Delivery cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the invoice.
