Returns and Refunds Policy

Non-Personalize Items

All non-personalized items include a 30- day money back guarantee.  Simply call us at (802) 233-9071 or email us at info@prettysnappydesigns.com and let us know that your return is on its way and the reason for your return.  

All returned orders will be credited to the purchaser’s account via the original form of payment.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Personalize Items

All personalize items are non-returnable and non-refundable.  Unless it is determined that the error was on our end or the product is defective.  We will then redo your personalized order and ship it back to you free of charge, or refund your account if that is your preference.

Non-personalized items ship within 2 days of order.  For personalize items please allow 3 day’s for processing.  Any back order on items will be listed upon ordering.
